FREE Reaper Script - Mousewheel Item Rate

Hover your cursor over an item and use your mousewheel to change the it's rate without preserving pitch.

Installation

Drag into AppData\Roaming\REAPER\Scripts

Click load action in the Reaper action menu (ctrl + ?) and select the script in the folder you put it in.

Assign an action for the script (I personally use control + shift + mousewheel)
